GEM GR1 Single Motor Remote

Owned for almost 4 years now. Grandkids can't wait to launch the pontoon train. The switch is connected to a trolley system we have had for 15 years. Easily connected to trolley motor by a qualified electrician. The range is around 100 feet with 4 year old battery. I start walking down the yard and the boat is in the water by the time I get to it. Sounds like a novelty? Sure. Just remember that the next time a storm hits and you stand next to the lift with lightning all around when you can be in the house. I would buy again if it should break down. How are you coming along on that phone app for the remote?

This is my second Gem Remote. While the unit is quite expensive it is decidedly the best product available. Works as advertised and seems to be well constructed. Hopefully the electronics in the unit will be reliable for many years, but for now it operates as it should. Cost is the only negative mark so far.
