The Wide Step version features 3.5" deep steps, offering increased foot comfort and reduced fatigue when entering or exiting the water. Constructed from 1-1/2" diameter 6063 T5 marine-grade aluminum tubing, this ladder delivers superior corrosion resistance and long-term durability in both fresh and saltwater conditions. The frame and steps are TIG-welded to provide excellent structural strength, ensuring reliable service over many years of use. Each rung includes extruded grooves designed to provide secure, slip-resistant footing, even when wet or exposed to algae and other marine conditions. When fully extended, the ladder reaches approximately 36" (3 feet) from the top of the dock to the bottom of the ladder, making it ideal for standard finger pier heights. Mounting requires four 1/2" diameter bolts (two per handle), with bolt length selected to match dock thickness. Stainless or galvanized hardware is recommended to maximize strength and longevity in marine environments. Key dimensions include an overall ladder width of 21", handle bracket depth of 8", handle height of 26" above the dock, step width/depth of 3.5", and step spacing of 12".
