Product Returns:
DockGear.com will accept returns up to 30 days from the date of shipping (no returns are accepted after 30 days - orders are final after 30 days). If it's not a manufacturer defect, damaged in shipping, wrong product or a mistake as a result of our bad or wrong product information, then the customer is responsible for shipping a return item back. Products must be damage free and packaged in the original packaging with all paper work such as assembly instructions etc (if applicable). Please contact us by EMAIL before returning any items so we can expedite the refund process and give you the appropriate return address.
If you paid by credit card, we will issue a refund back to your card once the product is returned. If you paid using PayPal, we will issue you a refund through PayPal once the product has been returned.
* Please note a 20% restocking fee may apply and will be determined upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s).
** If you receive an item that has manufacturer defects or was damaged in shipping, then a Call Tag or other arrangements will be made with a carrier to pick the item up. DockGear will have replacements shipped at our expense. If you decide to cancel the order all together, we will issue a refund for the order in full including original shipping costs.
*** If you receive an order and simply wish to return it because you don't want or need it anymore (having not used or installed the product and is in resale condition with original packaging), then you are responsible for shipping it back and we will issue a refund for the order in full minus original shipping costs.

Freight Shipments:
If you're product was shipped using Freight services. Please make sure to thoroughly inspect your freight for damage. If damage is visible in any way please notate it with the driver and take pictures. You must do this in order for us to have any chance at a damage claim with the carrier. Once you've done this contact us with the details about the damage and delivery plus images showing the damage.
